Managing leads effectively is crucial for a seamless workflow.
Here’s an overview of new actions and features designed to enhance your lead management experience.
In Pipeline view, you can easily follow leads through each stage of their journey. But if you prefer a more detailed overview, List view mimics a spreadsheet, letting you view and organise leads with more data visible at a glance.
List View Actions
In List View, clicking on a specific lead name opens detailed patient information, including:
Contact Information: Easily access essential contact details.

Conversation Tab: Review all past conversations with the patient.
Here, you can:
Reply to ongoing conversations.
Take further actions to streamline communication.


You can now also move the columns inside the List view (please note this is just for default fields and not the custom fields).

Filter in List view for a more detailed view
Click the "Filter" button at the top right of the screen when in List view.
Select a filter by choosing an option in the top filter bar—like the Clear Aligners Label in the example below.

You can easily see which leads for a particular Treatment, Location, Stage, or Channel haven't been replied to or where in the communication stage they are in.
