Our new reporting module is in development and launching soon—stay tuned for a smarter, more powerful way to track and analyse your data!

In the meantimewe’ve made some small but powerful updates to reporting to unlock insights; introducing new filters, a improved date picker, better functionality, and improved sharing—helping you gain even greater insights into your business. But that’s just the beginning …

Here’s a breakdown of how these features work

New and Improved Date Filter/picker

A new and improved date filter makes it easier to select and reset date ranges, giving you quicker access to the data you need.

What’s New?

Predefined Date Ranges – Easily choose from preset options like "Last 7 Days," "Month to Date," or "Year to Date" to instantly filter reports.

Custom Date Selection – Pick specific start and end dates with a redesigned calendar view for complete control over your data.

Persistent Filters – Your selected date range stays applied as you move between reports, so you don’t have to reselect it each time.
Quick Resets – Easily change the date range for a comparison view of your data when you download or share reports.

These improvements give you more flexibility, making it simpler and faster to analyse trends and track performance.

New Filters Introduced

  1. Source Filter: Allows users to filter leads by Paid and Unpaid options, such as Google Paid Ads or Facebook Lead Ads. This lets you see how many conversions you got from the campaigns you are running.

  1. Label Filter: Enables filtering by Treatment and Other categories, so you can see total leads and conversions based on your treatment labels.

  1. Location Filter (Available only for accounts on the Location Plan): By default, the dropdown will display "All Locations." Users can select specific locations if needed.

Note: Multi-selection is supported for all filters.

Filter Persistence

Any filters applied will persist across all reports, including Lead Report, Conversion Report, and Box Report.

The applied filter will remain visible in the top panel, no matter which report you’re viewing. For example, if you apply a filter in the General Lead Report to view only “Crowns and Bridges”, that same filter will stay visible and editable as you navigate between different reports.

Improved Share Functionality

When using the share option, the exact data based on the selected filters will be shared.
The user receiving the report can also see the applied filters.
If there is more than one label, users can hover over the label to view all the options selected.
