AI Assist is divided into four powerful sections to streamline your lead management:
Classifier: Automatically categorise leads as Qualified, Spam, or Other (or create your own custom classifiers).
Boxly’s AI-powered classification system analyses incoming leads and automatically sorts them into the right categories, saving you time and effort.
How does it work?
The AI reads the lead’s message and determines if the leads are genuine, spam, or something else.
Leads are instantly organised so you don’t have to manually sort them.
Each lead is classified into one of the following:
You can add your own custom classifiers to fit your business needs!
Simply click on the “+ Category” button and add a Classifier!
Go to AI Assist
Go to your Settings and click on “AI Assist” from your Account options.
Click on the Classifier tab
Here, you can view, edit, or add new classifiers.
When you click on the “Edit” option in your lead classifier you can edit the Qualification description.
To add a Classification Category click on the “+ Category” button in “Other”. Add your category; like Supplier or Complaints. Click “Add”
Now, all your lead sorting settings are in one place under Lead Sorter in AI Assist.
This means no more scattered prompts inside different Boxes, everything is now centralised.
You can edit any Boxes sorting rule (Lead description) in AI Assist and toggle the Boxes AI sorting on and off.
These still work the same way, but now they’re easier to manage because they’re part of AI Assist.
Assign treatment labels like Teeth Whitening or General Dentistry.
You can decide in AI Assists Treatment Labeller whether or not to have one or two labels showing for each lead.

You’ll find AI-classified labels and values on your Lead Cards, giving you an instant overview of what a lead is interested in, without needing to dig through messages.
Fine-Tuning Your AI Classification
While Boxly’s AI is constantly learning and improving, you can manually adjust classifications if needed.
Go to a lead, click on “View Contact”, in the Contact section find the field “Classification” Click on the dropdown arrow to edit the classification of your lead if it needs manual adjustments.
A pop up will appear and ask you to select the leads classification. Select the appropriate status If the desired label isn’t there, simply go to your Account settings and create it in your Classifier tab as shown above.
