In Boxly, we're all about making your work life smoother, and our latest feature, Box Notifications, is here to do just that. This neat little tool is designed to keep you and your team in the loop without any hassle.

Just for the Leaders: Team Admins

If you're steering the ship, you've got a new trick up your sleeve to help keep your crew sailing smoothly. Here's how it works:

โœ… Look for the Notification Button: On the team members' page, you'll spot a notification button. This is a special feature just for team admins. Clicking on it brings up a popup that shows all the boxes and a dropdown list of team members.

โœ… Automatic User Selection: When you click the notification button from a team member's screen, the system cleverly selects that person in the dropdown by default. It's like magic, making your job a little easier.

โœ… Control Who Gets Notified About What: You have the power to turn notifications on or off for individual team members, ensuring they only get the updates they really need. It's about making sure the right people have the right information at their fingertips.

Team Members, You're in Control Too!

You're not left out of the loop when it comes to managing notifications:

Manage Your Notifications: Within "My Settings," there's an option to select which boxes you'd like to receive alerts for, giving you control over your notification preferences.

When Will You Get Notifications?

Receive the right alerts at the right time. Box Notifications are crafted to ensure you're up-to-date with the latest leads in your selected boxes.

And don't worry about being overwhelmed with alerts; we'll only notify you about new leads when they come in for the first time. This way, you're not bombarded with notifications, just the ones that truly matter.

With Box Notifications, staying on top of your game and keeping your team aligned just got a whole lot simpler. It's about cutting through the noise and making sure you're always in the know, in the most straightforward way possible.
