Where is my source report?
To see your source reports, simply click the Reporting icon on the left menu and then when inside the Lead Report the source report will be at the bottom of the page.
Reporting for all Boxes includes source reports, just click on the Box you want to check the source report for, then stay in the Lead Report tab and scroll down to the end of the report.
What's in the source report?
The source report contains two simple reports:
From a Paid Ad Source - This shows you the number of leads that have been received from any channel via a Paid advertisement. The paid advertising sources we track are the following: Google Ads, Facebook / Ads, and Bing Ads.
From Non-Paid Sources - This shows you the number of leads that have been received from any channel that is not a Paid advertisement. For example, leads from people who came to your website from Google search, directly or via your Facebook page.
Frequently asked questions
How does source tracking work?
Boxly has a special tracking script built in that helps us figure out where your leads are coming from. We look at the web address where the lead was made and check to see if it has any special code that tells us if it came from a paid ad or not. This special code is called a UTM parameter, and it helps us know where your leads are coming from.
