What's in the source report?
The source report contains two simple reports:
Source of leads - This report shows you whether or not your leads come in from a Paid Ad source or a Non-Paid Ad source.
From a Paid Ad Source - This shows you the number of leads that have been received from any channel via a Paid advertisement. The paid advertising sources we track are the following: Google Ads, Facebook / Ads, and Bing Ads.
โFrom Non-Paid Sources - This shows you the number of leads that have been received from any channel that is not a Paid advertisement. For example, leads from people who came to your website from Google search, directly or via your Facebook page.
Time of lead - This report very simply shows you the time how many leads came in during and outside of business hours. To setup your business hours to activate this report, go to your account settings and click Business info.
Frequently asked questions
How does source tracking work?
How does source tracking work?
Boxly has a special tracking script built in that helps us figure out where your leads are coming from. We look at the web address where the lead was made and check to see if it has any special code that tells us if it came from a paid ad or not. This special code is called a UTM parameter, and it helps us know where your leads are coming from.
