When running a business, streamlining processes and optimising workflow is crucial for success. One way to do this is by automating your incoming leads into your Boxly account and creating leads from various apps using Boxly and Zapier. Connecting the two platforms saves valuable time and resources while ensuring that leads are captured quickly and efficiently.

Sign up using your email and password.
Verify your email.
Log in and create your organisation.
Your Boxly account is now ready to receive leads via multiple channels.
Visit Zapier's website
Click Sign Up or Get Started.
Use your Google account or an email/password combo.
Verify your email if prompted.
Once set up, you're ready to start creating Zaps.
In the Zapier editor, select Boxly (EnquiryBox) as the trigger app.
Choose a trigger like "New Lead".
Connect your Boxly account - Click “Sign in” in the Account field to connect your Boxly account
Enter in your Boxly Username and password
Test the trigger to ensure it's functioning correctly.
Then:
Choose an action app (e.g., Gmail, Trello).
Connect that app to Zapier.
Customise the action by defining what should happen (e.g., send an email, create a task).
Turn on the Zap and test it.
You no longer need to specify the Box or Box name when sending a message via Zapier to Boxly. You can directly add the message in the message field, and Boxly’s AI will intelligently route it.
Additionally:
If the lead’s name is provided in the data:
If the lead exists, Boxly will update it with new data from Zapier.
If the lead doesn't exist, Boxly will create a new lead.
Zapiers “message” field connects to Boxly’s AI, if the Box and stage fields aren't filled out, but the message field has all necessary information, then Boxly will automatically read the message (AI magic) and route your lead into the correct Box and stage.
How does this work?
If you don’t select Box in Zapier and have filled the message, like in the example below: Gum bleeding and toothache, then AI will route the lead to the correct Box on your behalf.
Boxly’s AI knows how to send a lead to a particular box based on the information that we have added in the AI Assist settings, in the Lead Sorter :

The Lead sorter uses AI to automatically sort leads into the right boxes based on a leads interest in specific treatments, products, or services. Your Lead Sorter manages each Boxes ‘sorting rules’ which you can edit at any time.
If your Zap uses forms with a selected source type (in Zapier's channel connection setup), Boxly will automatically map this source type in the lead’s contact info once the lead is created.
You can edit and view Zaps and their Sources & Locations (if applicable) in Boxly Go to your Channels
Click into your Zapier Channel and click into the “Your Forms” tab
For example:
If Gmail is the trigger and Boxly (EnquiryBox) is the action, a new lead can be created in Boxly every time a new email arrives in Gmail.
Steps:
Choose Gmail as the trigger app with "New Email" as the event.
Set Boxly (EnquiryBox) as the action app to create a new lead.
Map email data (name, email, phone) to lead fields in Boxly.
Test to ensure everything is flowing correctly.
