How to Seek Help from Your IT Department for Setting Up Your Verified Domain

Navigating the setup of your verified Business Domain can feel like a maze – we totally get it.

If you've given it a shot to establish your verified domain but find yourself stuck or if the process has left you feeling a bit dazed, there's no need to worry!

Should you have an IT expert on hand ready to dive in and lend a hand, here are a few steps to make their job (and yours) a bit easier.

  1. Guide for Your IT Team: Pass along our Outbound email setup help document and kindly ask them to tackle steps 1-4.

  2. Teamwork Made Easy: You can add them as a team member to allow them hands-on access to your account. Simply log in, navigate to settings > team, and hit "Invite New Member," entering their email. They'll receive an invite and, upon acceptance, can proceed with the verified domain setup. Important: Remember add them as a Team Admin and remove them after the domain is verified.

Troubleshooting: Domain Not Verifying After 24 Hours?

If you're hitting a snag, here's how to proceed:

  1. Verification Check: Use the MXToolbox TXT lookup tool. Add the domain name you added on Boxly. The search should reveal the 'Value' detailed on your domain setup page.

  2. Mismatched Results? If the values aren't aligning with your DNS provider's records, capture a screenshot of the entered values to share with our support team for verification and further assistance. Reach out through the chat feature when logged in or email us on support@boxly.ai with the screenshot.

Should the TXT lookup tool display the expected CNAME value as seen in your Boxly domain setup, please get in touch with our support team via the chat feature and inform us!
