What are Smart Rules
Smart rules help you organise and label your leads. They sort (route) your leads into the right Boxes and label them with the appropriate 'tags' for further sorting.
They handle your repetitive and time consuming tasks!
How to find your Smart Rules:
In each Box you’ll find the three tabs at the top of the Box, you’re automatically in the "Manage Leads".

✅ Lead Routing
Important: If you have existing move to box automations setup on a channel level, then these will overide any AI Lead Routing. If you want to use AI lead routing instead, please turn off your move to box automations in your channel settings.
Lead Routing sends leads into the correct Boxes, by summarising the services each Box covers. For example, Smile Dentistry's General Dentistry Box would receive leads like check-ups, fillings, and cleanings.
AI uses the summary to look through leads to determine which leads go where.
✅ Lead Labelling
This Smart Rule labels your leads with descriptive words (Labels) based on treatment, product, or service. For example, if Smile Dentistry receives a lead for a routine check-up and hygiene, the labels will be "Check-up" & "Hygiene." This helps you quickly identify the key details of each lead.
✅ Location Labelling
Similar to lead labelling, this feature adds a location tag to your lead card. It helps you quickly see where each lead is from.
Creating Lead Labels
You can create labels by going into your account Settings and then Treatment Labels/Labels. Just click on “+ Add label” and type the name.
Simple!
✨Lead Labels are called Treatment Labels in the Settings tab for Dental and Cosmetic users, while users in other industries have product and service labels called Labels in the Settings tab.
