Track practitioner performance from lead right through to conversion

Please note. This feature is only present in Dental or Cosmetic Clinic accounts.

Boxly’s Practitioner feature makes it simple to assign leads to the right practitioners, ensuring every lead is managed effectively.

By assigning practitioners, you can keep track of how each practitioner is performing and follow the patient journey of their assigned leads.

Boxly makes it easy to assign leads to specific practitioners, allowing you to track their performance and ensure each lead is managed by the right person.

Why Add Practitioners?


Assigning practitioners ensures that leads are directed to the right professionals.

This feature makes it easier to monitor practitioner performance and track the patient journey each practitioner creates, thus monitoring practitioners' conversion rates.

Add new Practitioners in Settings


✅ Go to Settings

✅ Click "Practitioners" in the Account options

✅ Click on the “+ Practitioners” button to set up your practitioners.

✅ Add the Practitioner's name (If have multiple locations, select the location. Please note you can select multiple locations for each practitioner)

✅ Click "Create".

How to Add Practitioners to Leads


  1. Click on a lead and go to the lead contact view:

    On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see the “Practitioner” dropdown.

  2. Select a practitioner:

    From the dropdown menu, choose the appropriate practitioner for that lead.

    If you don’t have any practitioners added yet, click “Click here to add practitioners” to set up your practitioners.

  3. Monitor Practitioner Performance:

    Once a practitioner is assigned to a lead, you can easily track how that practitioner is performing in terms of lead conversion. This helps with internal tracking and accountability.
