Improved Lead Handling for CareStack Phones in BoxlyWe've improved how leads are managed when created via phone calls!
Previously, leads would reappear in "Things to Do" even after you'd added a note or task. Now, once you take action, the lead stays where it should without being pushed back when CareStack sends the phone summary. This ensures a smoother, more efficient workflow! 
15-Minute Interval Tasks Now Available! BOXLY now supports 15-minute interval tasks! 
Previously, tasks could only be scheduled on an hourly basis. With this update, you can create tasks in 15-minute increments and receive reminders 30 minutes before, giving you more control over your schedule and improving time management.
New Notification Toggle for "Whoever is Available" Tasks!More control over task notifications! 
Previously, users received alerts for "Whoever is Available" tasks even when notifications were turned off. Now, a dedicated toggle under Settings >> Personal >> Notifications >> Whoever is Available lets you decide whether to receive these notifications. Turn it on to stay informed or off for fewer interruptions!
CC Now Carries Over in Email Replies!No more manually re-adding CC recipients! 
Previously, CC recipients were lost in follow-up replies, requiring you to add them again. Now, BOXLY automatically carries over CC recipients in email replies, saving you time and effort.
WhatsApp Template Limit Increased!Exciting news! 
We've increased the WhatsApp template sync limit from 25 to 100, allowing you to create, manage, and use more templates without restrictions. Greater flexibility for seamless messaging!
Non-Disruptive Platform & App Updates with Toast Notifications!We've made platform updates smoother! 
Previously, updates triggered a pop-up that required manual refresh, interrupting your workflow. Now, updates are displayed via a toast notification at the bottom centre of the platform, keeping you informed without disrupting your work.
New WhatsApp Template Variables for Personalisation!More dynamic messaging with new WhatsApp template variables! 
You can now personalise messages using:
{{full_name}}, {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{business_name}}, {{phone}}, {{email}}
These variables automatically pull data from the lead contact card, making your WhatsApp messages more engaging and efficient.
Your Profile Preview has had an updateYou can now delete and change your profile image/preview!
Note: Your profile picture is for internal Boxly use only, helping your team members easily recognise you.

Go to Channels, → then Lead Channels, → then click Connect WhatsApp You will now see: Connect Embedded WhatsApp
