Understanding who's performing in the business sometimes relies on guesswork. Not anymore. With our top performers report you will easily be able to see who is the top performer for a given period for the 2 key areas:
Top Sales Performer
The team member with the highest number of converted sales.
Top Responder
The team member that has responded to incoming leads the fastest.
Average Response Time
Imagine you're a potential customer reaching out to a business for the first time. How would you feel if you didn't receive a response for hours or even days?

Average response time allows you to measure your team's average response time to leads and get a detailed look at each team member's performance.
