Who is the multi-location plan for?
The multi-location plan is for businesses that have multiple locations, practices, offices or venues where the management of leads for all is managed centrally by a team in one Boxly account.

Key Features in Multi-Location Plan
Location Access Toggle
Toggle between the Locations you have access to with ease, as shown in the image below where users can switch locations in "Things to do". You will only see leads from the locations you have access to.
Reporting by Location (coming soon)
You'll be able to generate reports based on location.
Assign Location in Box Automation
When setting up Box automations, you can now decide if the automation applies to one specific or all locations. For example, you can send out a location specific email, sms or WhatsApp response to a customer.
Assigning leads based on Location-Specific Channels
You can assign each connected lead channel to a specific location. This ensures that when a lead comes in, it is automatically assigned to the correct location, improving both lead tracking and reporting.
How to Get the New Multi-Location Plan
This feature is available upon request and is billed on a per location monthly fee.
