Dentally Appointment Status Linking in Boxly
If you're using Dentally, you can link your pipeline stages in Boxly to appointment statuses in Dentally. This means your leads will move automatically through the pipeline when appointments are updated - making follow-ups seamless and reducing manual work.
✅ Go to your Treatment box in Boxly
✅ Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the stage you want to link
✅ In Stage Settings, toggle ON “Link Dentally PMS status”
✅ Select the corresponding Dentally status from the dropdown
Repeat this process for each stage you want to link.
Here’s how we recommend mapping your Boxly stages to Dentally statuses:
Link to Pending if you want the lead to move as soon as the appointment is booked
Link to Confirmed if you’d rather wait until the patient replies “Yes” to their SMS confirmation
Link to Arrived or In Clinic / In Chair
Link to Completed
You can create stages specifically for Cancelled or Fail to Attend appointments. These are great for tracking missed consultations and planning rebookings.
