Lead Routing

Instantly sort your leads with Boxly's AI Lead Routing Smart Rule

Updated over 4 months ago

What is Lead Routing?

Lead Routing instantly sorts (routes) your leads into the right Boxes based on the treatment, product, or service the customer is interested in using AI and a Box summary.

This Smart Rule sends leads into the correct Boxes, by summarising the services each Box covers. For example, Smile Dentistry's General Dentistry Box would receive leads like check-ups, fillings, and cleanings. AI uses the summary to look through leads to determine which leads go where.

This saves time, ensuring the leads are organised and that the right team members handle the right leads, and preventing anything from slipping through the cracks.

Important: If you have existing move to box automations setup on a channel level, then these will overide any AI Lead Routing. If you want to use AI lead routing instead, please turn off your move to box automations in your channel settings.

How does Lead Routing work?

Once you've connected your channels and leads start coming in, Boxly's AI analyses all the information on the incoming leads and knows which Boxes to sort (route) them into.

  1. A lead comes in from a channel (like Email, WhatsApp, or Webforms).

  2. Our AI analyses the lead to understand what it is for.

  3. The lead gets instantly sorted into the right Box.

You can add or edit the Box Summary to identify the desired leads for a specific Box.
