Once connected, Boxly automatically sends two types of events:
New Lead Events
When someone becomes a lead in Boxly, we send this information to the connected platform. This includes:
Name, phone number, and email (anonymised)
The channel they came from (e.g. Facebook Ad, Webform)
Date and time
The box they were added to
Stage Milestone Events
When a lead moves through your stages (milestones you’ve set up in Boxly), we send:
The stage name
The treatment name
The treatment value
When the event happened
