This month, weโve added Calendly as its own channel, and made it easier to keep an eye on your channels and conversions with channel alerts and Conversion Cards in your Snapshot Report.
We're also opening up three new features in beta:
Round Robin,
a practice legal footer for your emails,
and Dentally for Australia.
Let's dive into what's new! ๐
You can now connect Calendly straight to Boxly. Every booking comes into Boxly automatically, so your team can see who has booked, when, and where they came from, without switching between systems.
No duplicate leads: if the person is already a lead, the booking is added to their existing conversation.
See the appointment at a glance: the patient's next Calendly appointment shows on their lead card.
Know where bookings come from: Boxly picks up which ad or campaign the booking came from.
๐ฅ Watch how Calendly bookings come straight into Boxly:
Boxly now asks for confirmation before a channel is turned off or deleted. If either happens, all admins receive an email showing which channel was affected, who made the change and when.
Spot a channel that was switched off by mistake before any enquiries are missed.
๐ฅ Watch what happens when a channel is turned off:
The Conversion Cards from your Leads by Milestone Report can now appear in your daily, weekly or monthly Snapshot Report, so you can see how leads move from one milestone to the next without logging in.
โ Go to Reports โ Snapshot Report โ Settings
โ In the Report Configuration tab, toggle on Milestone Conversion Cards
โ Click Save Changes
๐ฅ Watch how to switch them on:
Be one of the first to try these new features. Theyโre available on request, so just email our support team at [email protected] and weโll switch them on for you.
Round Robin shares new leads fairly across your team, automatically. Each new lead goes to the available team member who has received the fewest leads from Round Robin, so no one gets overloaded and every enquiry is picked up quickly.
๐ฅ Watch Round Robin walkthrough:
Add your practice's legal details to the bottom of every email you send to patients, automatically. The footer is added to replies (including replies from the Boxly mobile app), automations and broadcasts.
If you have more than one practice, any new practice you add gets the same footer, so every email stays compliant. You can read more about it here.
Australian practices using Dentally can now connect their Dentally account to Boxly.
Thatโs everything new for October. Weโll keep adding to this page as more updates go live, so check back soon.
Have a question about any of these updates? Contact us at [email protected] and weโll be happy to help.
